MEET THE TEAM | June + Lauren
I consistently live by and apply two rules: to be bold and take chances. While I have always enjoyed planning and designing, four years ago, starting with window displays, I decided to take my work public and A June Event was born. Each event is an equal opportunity to showcase my vision alongside my client's priorities. This approach has led to my continued success. I am humbled by the incredible people I get to meet and most recently, I was honored to be the youngest designer at Cranbrook House's Elegant Nights event. A June Event is about creating a lasting impression - whether it is a visual display or an event, each project exists as "the only project" when on our agenda. Our work is our craft, and like any great artist, our commitment is to perfect that craft each and every time. We proudly say, "we live for events". Our hope is that our event lives up to your uniqueness, your boldness, and your chance to leave a lasting impression.

At one particular photo shoot, I was introduced to someone in the Michigan film industry. A few months later, I found myself on local movie sets, designing costumes and props for film . . .
